SHOW APARTMENT - LOT BY LOT

Credits: Project in collaboration with Célula Arq. (Maria Paula Vallejo) within the framework of the Piso Piloto Medellín-Barcelona exhibition of the Museum of Antioquia, in association with the Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona.
Research that addresses irregularities in housing production in Medellín, proposing a small-scale housing experiment that would allow testing new forms of community construction and planning of housing structures as a support for neighborhood life.
The proposal focused on thinking about architecture and spatial quality
Offered to the middle class of Medellín, this initiative countered the trend of reducing the housing landscape to a mere real estate business and statistical figures. An experimental housing model was developed for the San Joaquín neighborhood, proposing alternatives to improve living conditions, strengthen social cohesion, and rethink the relationship between housing, city, and community.
