Renovation and adaptation of an apartment in the Suramericana neighborhood of Medellín for a retired couple with a passion for art, who sought to transform their lifestyle towards a more tranquil, connected, and culturally enriching daily life. The redesign of the space aimed to create an intimate environment that fostered both individual activities (music, writing, painting) and shared living.

The design focused on opening up visual spaces, increasing natural light, and connecting previously fragmented areas. The kitchen and living room were reorganized to integrate a central dining area, and the couple's studios/workshops were linked by the balcony. The process was deeply collaborative, incorporating the couple's aesthetic vision in the selection of materials, textures, and finishes, resulting in a home that reflects their artistic sensibilities and the new rhythms of their lives.
